Ashley and Stephen got married Saturday at the colorful and dramatic Air Force Academy Chapel. Mike and I photographed their beautiful wedding, which ended with a saber arch by the cadets, and then a ride in a Rolls Royce to their reception. They celebrated at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in a room with huge windows that showcased the resort’s mountain views. Congratulations, Ashley and Stephen! I hope you’re having a wonderful time on your honeymoon!

I’m curious: is that chapel a specific denomination, or does one just bring one’s own priest/minister?

Oh funny, I hadn’t noticed that. And yes, that chapel is incredible!

Her watch was a gift from Stephen, and it was gorgeous. 🙂

      Gorgeous!

The black and white photo of the wedding party walking up the aisle the sign that says “Two Become One” is right behind the minister and the wings look like they’re on his back! haha!

The Air Force Academy Chapel is just amazing.

Stunning pictures! I loved them, as usual
One thing I noticed– she’s wearing a wristwatch. Usually, brides don’t, at least from what I’ve seen.

      very! 🙂

It was a fantastic day! I’m sorry you couldn’t make it, but I hope our photos help you feel like you were there. 🙂

I had never noticed until that day how much a blowing veil looks like wispy clouds.

Wow, these are awesome! Still wish I was there to see it all in person…Linda J.

I LOVE how her veil mimics the cloud formations. Very awesome photography as usual 🙂

      Simply stunning. As always!

      very, very, very!!!
