When it comes to fall colors, Reston always delivers! Lake Newport is one of my favorite places to see fall foliage, and the first week of November is the best time to do that, so I was delighted when this family chose that time and place for their photos.
My family photos sessions are a combination of posed portraits, candid and authentic moments, and silly play. I try to tell a genuine story about each family and the unique people and relationships within it. And I always try to keep it fun!
The peak time for fall colors may have passed, but we still have plenty of time to photograph your kids playing in the leaves, or your family choosing a Christmas tree, or a lovely portrait in the snow. Check out my Families and Kids photo gallery to see more of my photos from various times of year, then head over to my contact page if you’d like me to create something fun for your family. I’d love to hear from you.
