I recently visited Herndon pub P.J. Mulligans for a St. Patrick’s Day article for Modern Reston. This place is fantastic! It’s owned by Irish natives who also own Ireland’s 4 Provinces in Falls Church, which is one of my favorites. They also used to manage the Dubliner in DC, so they have plenty of reputable experience in Irish restaurants and pubs. Check out the article I wrote to learn more about this spot.
