On Saturday we had a beautiful view of the mountains from Kristin and Randall’s Breckenridge wedding. Throughout the day the weather changed from sun to rain to a dramatic sunset. There was even a rainbow! I took so many photos of the changing clouds that I thought it would be fun to post a series of photos of the same mountain, as the weather changed around it.

The afternoon began with bright sunshine.

It rained during dinner, and afterward there was a rainbow!

Then the sun came back out, casting a vibrant evening glow.

The last rays of light hit the mountain just before sunset.

Finally a pink cloud settled on the mountain as it got dark.

I wish my dad owned a house there, too. 🙂

Oh too bad! That would have been fantastic. Well at least Arizona is a lot closer than PA. 🙂

me too! I ran it by Mr. Dreamy and he nixed it, so you will just have to come to Arizona and capture our unique beauty there!!!

      Gorgeous shots!
I think my favorite is the last one.

That’s why Breck (really Blue River) is my favorite place on earth. Oh man I miss that place a lot. I wish my dad had never sold the house up there.
