Over the weekend I photographed the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival for Modern Reston. I just love this festival! It’s two days of performances, activities, and the creations of hundreds of juried artists. Every year I am in awe of the seemingly endless amount of talent on display at Reston Town Center.
