Ally and me
Red Rock Canyon Open Space
Colorado Springs
November 15, 2009
It snowed here all weekend, so when the sun came out this afternoon, Mike and I hurried to Red Rock Canyon with the dog. The frosty blue sky and snow-capped evergreens were as beautiful as we’d hoped. Ally was even happier than usual, because it was her first snowy walk of the season. She makes me smile.
That’s the Garden of the Gods in the background.
At the end of the day, Ally had snowballs stuck between her toes. They were also hanging off her butt, but you probably didn’t want to know that.
Ohhhh, my goodness.. Charlotte – these are breathtaking.

So lovely! I wish he had snow here, too. Perhaps we’re too much up North for snow… 😉
I think Ally had more fun that her Mommy and Daddy did!
🙂
So beautiful, Charlotte! I love the blue sky & snowy scenery. I miss that.
Aw, I love the twelfth picture. Ally looks so happy!
I always love your personal photos. You have a lot of fun! 🙂
Awesome! I’m feeling a teensy bit envious of your life at this very moment! What a gorgeous place to live!! And as always, amazing pics.

my favorite is the 3rd to last… just something about it!
I agree about the crispness.
The first picture with you and Ally in black and the white behind you is fantastic.
I still can’t get over how Ally smiles for photos, yes she does!!
I liked all of these! There’s a crispness and clean feel to them, like all winter air has.
I like the little snowballs between Ally’s toes. You have the cutest doggie!
you know it’s a good winter day when you have snowballs hanging off your butt!
