I think the Rebel is a great choice, and I recommend that you buy a 50mm f1.4 to go with it. Good luck!

Thank you very much! I have no where near the needs you do for photography, but I am an avid amature. What would you recommend for me to work with that’s above a point and shoot? I was thinking about a Rebel xti but I’m not 100%. If you have any suggestions I’d appreciate it very much!
I used a Canon 5D and a Canon 50mm f1.2. I processed the photo in Adobe Camera Raw.
