I’ve been working all summer on several projects for clients, many of which I haven’t shared here. I love all the variety in my work — it’s so hard for me to choose a favorite type of project! One common theme is apparent, though: I love photographing kids.
Here are some of the pictures I’ve taken for Reston Community Center of their summer camps. RCC is one of my favorite clients, especially when I get to photograph kids enjoying their wonderful programs. This summer I’ve photographed Young Actors Theater, STEAM camp, Minecraft camp, cake decorating classes, kitchen science, digital photography classes, music camps, and so much more. There is something for every kid to enjoy at RCC.
I use a documentary approach to my commercial event photography, which means that I photograph candid moments and authentic expressions. I also offer more staged commercial photo services with skilled actors and studio lighting when appropriate, but for these camp photos, what you see here are true moments of childhood happiness.
Would you like me to photograph your company’s event or service for your marketing, PR, or social media? Please contact me and tell me all about it.
