Michael and Haley
Ten Mile Station
Breckenridge, Colorado
September 25, 2010
Haley and Michael had the perfect fall day for their wedding! The weather was warm, the aspens were at their autumn peak, and we had clear blue skies all day. They got married at Ten Mile Station, which sits halfway up a ski run in Breckenridge. Breck is my favorite ski resort, and I’ve skied past this venue dozens of times. It’s always fun to see it when it’s not surrounded by snow.
Haley and Michael, thanks for such a fun day! You kept us laughing well into the night. Congratulations, you two!

I loved this moment between Haley and Pierre!

First dance
Dancing with his mother. Now that I’m expecting a boy, the mother-son dance always chokes me up.
Little Pierre joined in the fun for “Cotton Eyed Joe.” (Photo by Stephanie)
Michael was hilarious during the garter toss! The DJ played the theme song for Indiana Jones, and Michael came out in fitting costume before searching for the garter.
He found all kinds of traps under that dress: chains, rope, mousetrap, and other obstacles to the garter.

Amazing wedding with a gorgeous, fun, and hilarious couple. By far one of my favorites 🙂 Your photo of Haley and Pierre with his tongue out is priceless!!!
Wow I love the images of the bride and groom in the tree areas.
Beautiful! My favourite season, the autumn colours seem to match the bride’s eyes!
Every photo that you post awakes a superb emotion and the joy of life, though I don’t know personally the people you photograph. Great work!
Love them all….as usual….but the last one is breathtaking!
Oh Charlotte you have such an amazing backyard to shoot in, up here in Toronto it’s flat and boring. OK maybe not boring but we don;t hav eany mountains to shoot with. So as usual all these are great, crisp, cleaning, timeless images for a wondeful couple, well done!
Wow, talk about an awesome setting for a wedding. Beautiful frames with a beautiful couple.
Wow, that’s a gorgeous venue. I love the shots featuring both the couple & the landscape. Fun wedding, great job as always!

Great photos as usual! I love the one with the heart made from the sparklers 🙂 awesome! I’ll really miss seeing all of the gorgeous scenery in Colorado through your pictures, but I look forward to seeing some nice scenes in the DC area soon(ish)! 🙂
