Earl and Leslie
      Cheyenne Mountain Resort
      September 25, 2005

Congratulations to Leslie and Earl! They got married on a gorgeous, sunny day, with a mountain backdrop and lots of loving friends and family. Leslie looked beautiful in her lace gown, and Earl and his son were so sweet together. I love couples like Leslie and Earl, who are tender and affectionate, as well as silly and playful. They’re a great couple, and I wish them lots of happiness.

      Pictures from their wedding

The wedding took place on the patio at the lovely Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

Earl, looking fabulous in his tux.

I like this one of Leslie hiding behind a corner before the ceremony starts.

This resort has such a pretty view of Cheyenne Mountain and the foothills.

It was windy during the ceremony, so Leslie’s maid of honor was in charge of Veil Control!

After the ceremony, Earl’s son tackled him with a hug.

He was an adorable ring bearer!

      Leslie’s wonderful smile is contagious.

I loved the calla lilly theme of the wedding.

Look at this little GQ wannabe posing for Mike!

Here he is from the front. Look at those eyes!

A little YMCA action–it was a fun party!

…and if you get a chance to snorkle, you should do tht too! =)

That’s what I understand. The wedding is taking place on Key West, but I really want to go see some of the other islands while we’re there.

It really is, although i think I like the key which has the state park on it better (Marathon maybe?) than Key West. Key West is the best place for fun and seeing the local flavor. The other Islands are more natural and less built up so they are the best to go beaching.

Oh yes, the Keys are completely on the opposite side of the state from you! Bummer. Jacksonville is a great spot, though–I really enjoyed my visit there a few years ago.

I can’t wait to get to Key West! I’ve heard it’s gorgeous!

It will be beautiful!! Although your just about the farthest from me you can get in Florida! Im in Jacksonville.

But you’ll love the keys! Its just such a pretty place and its wonderful to see the sunrise and set over the water.

We’re going to a wedding in the Keys. It should be beautiful!

You are! hmmm…now if only my wedding dress was in Florida instead of Buffalo!

Where are you coming to in Florida?

Well I am coming to Florida in March. 🙂

I so would hire you as my photographer (for the wedding or for just a photoshoot) if I lived near you! You always do a splendid job!

      Charlotte,

Wonderful photos. I have to say I love the YMCA one, they look they they are having so much fun.

but i won’t be going to the normal bridal shops, i’ll be most likely getting a white sundressy type thing from like, macy’s, or fidning something hawaiian at a boutique. 🙂

The ring bearer, his son, is the one with the mohawk! cute!

What a gorgeous bride! Great pics!!!!!

      wow. that venue is AMAZING!
and … does the GQ kid have a mohawk? also amazing.

your photos just – inspire me.

I know that the holiday season is a big time of year for proposals, so lots of brides start dress shopping in January. I don’t know if dress prices are higher then, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Aaahhhh, dress shopping. I miss it!

i am! 🙂 david doesn’t want to get too ahead of ourselves though, so i won’t be doing much more planning until after the new year. that’s what i’m excited for right now! i want the new year to hurry up so i can plan more. plus i’m nervous about finding the perfect dress, but i don’t want ot look until jan/feb because i’ll be buying off the rack, not from a bridal store. ::taps foot::

I’ll say … and I thought all those great pics of you he took before you became a photography team were just because he loves you … 8^D

I loved her lace coat, too! I guess I’m partial to such things, though, as you’ve noticed. 😉 My lace jacket did help to keep me a bit warmer when we were outside, but it wouldn’t have helped much in a really chilly place. A nice satin wrap might be a better option for you, if you think you’ll get cold.

A beach wedding is going to be so much fun! You must be really excited.

I LOVE MIke’s shot of the little GQ man … just beautiful!

pretty! i like her lace thingy, it’s kinda like yours. i need some sort of coat for my wedding, but i think more than that – it will be windy and cold at night on the beach!
